Steve currently serves as the board president, working closely with Plumas Charter School's executive director to coordinate agenda topics. He joined the board when his daughter was attending PCS. "Ten years and many changes and challenges later I still enjoy contributing to the school's continued success in any way I can," he says. Steve has been on the board since 2009.
President of AIQ Systems, a world leader in artificial intelligent trading software and education for the professional and individual stock and options traders.

Amy joined the PCS Board of Directors in January 2020.
She grew up in Butte County where she received her Bachelor of Science degree from Chico State in Construction Management. She moved to Lake Almanor in 2017 where she lives with her husband, son and daughter. She works for PG&E hydro generation as a construction project manager. She serves as a former parent member, now a community member and brings valuable insight form the Chester and Lake Almanor area. |

Nils Lunder

Nils was raised in Westwood, graduating from Westwood High School in 1996. He then went to Humboldt State University where he earned a BS degree in Environmental Science. He has been working throughout the Feather River Watershed for the past 20 years on a variety of projects including land management, meadow and stream restoration, forest health, biological assessments, public access enhancement and outdoor education. Nils works for both the Feather River Land Trust and the Mountain Meadows Conservancy. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Feather River Resource Conservation District. Nils lives in Indian Valley with his wife, Lindsey and their three children. They have a small ranch and are passionate about raising healthy food and being good caretakers of their land.

Sean joined the PCS board in the fall of 2023. He has lived in Plumas County since 2013, he received a BA in Psychology from U.C. Davis. He works for Feather River College as an Academic Advisor. He has two children enrolled in Plumas Charter School.

Susan Weber

Sue spent 40 plus years of working in war-torn and disaster areas throughout the world, designing and implementing various types of programs, such as, shelters, soup kitchens, unwed mother homes, ect. She developed an educational program known as Rural to Rural, helping rural students to see over the mountain and across the valley, supporting economic development in Honduras, Haiti, Uganda, Ukraine and Kenya. Sue founded Indian Valley Academy as well as Plumas Strong, a nonprofit organization. She is the executive director of KIDmob, and chair of the Dixie Fire Collaborative in response to the Dixie Fire of 2021. Sue is currently serving as board chair of Indian Valley Recreation and Park District as well as lending her expertise on Plumas Charter School's board of directors. |

Mallory Marin
Mallory is the interm chief business official with PUSD/PCOE and serves as the primary liaison between the district and Plumas Charter School.
