Plumas Charter School has recently redefined several key leadership roles at the Quincy Learning Center and within its Business Office, strengthening support for students, families and staff across the school community.

Executive Director Taletha Washburn continues to provide whole-school oversight, with responsibilities including facilities, charter renewal, WASC accreditation, LCAP, budgeting, staffing and governance. Her role also emphasizes strategic partnerships, professional development and compliance, ensuring PCS remains strong and responsive to student needs.

Assistant Director Brittini Wade now leads instructional oversight in Quincy. She directly supervises Quincy teachers and aides, mentors new staff, supports curriculum implementation and serves as the main point of contact for Quincy staff. Wade also manages site logistics, scheduling and accountability systems, helping ensure Quincy’s program maintains both rigor and flexibility.

Student Behavior and School Culture Lead Phil Rader focuses on student well-being and a positive learning environment. His responsibilities span TK–12 behavior support, multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), student supervision, leadership and PE instruction and school culture-building activities. He also plays a key role in supporting Indian Valley Academy athletics and student activities.

Registrar Mandi Fullerton oversees critical student services such as records management, enrollment, transcripts, CalPADS reporting and student information systems. She also supports board meetings, immunization tracking and audit documentation, helping ensure accuracy and compliance across the school.

HR Specialist Maggie Hennessy provides system-wide human resources support. Her duties include liability oversight, staff contracts and credentialing, payroll, policy development, professional development planning, safety program and the Quincy Learning Center newsletter.

Together, these leaders provide targeted expertise and oversight that balance instructional quality, student culture, administrative compliance and operational support. The adjustments ensure PCS can continue to provide innovative, personalized education for students while maintaining strong organizational foundations.
